Step 1. Prepare 400ml boiling water (212°F)
Step 2. Use a tea needle/knife to dig in the Tuocha tea and pry to loosen and decompress the tea leaves.
Step 3. Collect 3-5g tea leaves and put them into your tea pot.
Step 4. Pour the water over the tea and steep for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5. Enjoy.
